Booking Policies
To ensure an easy experience for you, all appointments are directed by the booking policies outlined below. Please review them carefully before booking.
Appointments
We welcome both appointments and walk-ins. While booking in advance is not required, availability for walk-ins is not guaranteed. Clients who book an appointment with a deposit receive priority and guaranteed time slots. Without a booking deposit, walk-in clients may be accommodated based on availability.
Deposits
A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit guarantees your spot, as appointment times without a deposit may be offered to other clients, including walk-ins. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled appointments to allow for minor, unexpected delays. If you arrive after this grace period, please be aware that your service time may need to be shortened or your selected style may need to be adjusted in order to ensure that we remain within your originally reserved appointment window.
Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Advance notice allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid at booking.
