Booking Policies
To ensure an easy experience for you, all appointments are directed by the booking policies outlined below. Please review them carefully before booking.
Appointments
All services are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. You must choose the correct service and arrive on time, as appointment slots are reserved and cannot be extended once missed.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and bookings are only confirmed after payment. The deposit is deducted from the total cost and will be lost if policies are violated.
Late Arrivals
You are given a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later may result in a shortened service or change of style, while arrivals after 15 minutes may lead to cancellation and loss of deposit.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day will result in loss of deposit and may affect future bookings.
